Introduction

After our conversetion on the phone, we will set up a meeting with you at a convenient time to discuss your application and if you’re a good fir for Mise en Place.

The right fit

After our meeting, you will have met someone from our team and some future co-workers. You will leave the meeting knowing exactly what to expect from Mise en Place.

If we are really enthusiastic about you and you feel the same about us, it’s a match! We will offer you a position right away!

Training

Welcome yo our team! It is time to prepare you for your first shift. We have three different training sessions in different fields of hospitality expertise.

At these training sessions we will show you the core values of our company and what hospitality truly means.

First shift

YOU DID IT! You have completed all the training sessions and are ready to start your first shift with your new friends and colleagues. As a waiter/waitress, in the kitchen or at events? Where are we going to see you shine?

Drinks

Sometimes shifts can be lon and though, but hey that’s life! After your shift, there’s always time for a little drink, so grab your co-workers, head to the nearest pub and blow off some steam. First round is on us!

Payday

Keep an eye on your bank account! You have worked your a** off and now it is time to reap the rewards! The money will deposited directly into your account on the date specified on our booking portal!
